we woke up and did absolutely nothing as usual while we were in mcallen, zar and geo and company went to warped tour and left us and race the sun to hold down the fort. we had a crazy party and all got drunk in the afternoon... aka we watched movies and slept alot.
after that i started our long drive. i drove for 7 hours and encountered some crazy things.
1. about 700 subways it seems thats all they are able to eat down there.
2. border patrol, we got stopped for transporting mexicans, but all we got was a little slap on the wrist, it was ok.
3. thousands of fireworks stands that i wanted to take pictures of but i couldn't stop, that would just be too much for me.
4. lots of crazy ranchs
5. not too many gas stations, and lots of desserts.
i slept after 7 hours, until we arrived in little rock. we went to a ymca and showered up... everything in the town was closed, it was crazy. we went to the crappiest mall in america.. but for some reason there was another mall right next door that was ok, and it wasn't too bad. so we just hung out for a long time and george and i got some books to share. we got 1984 by george orwell and slaughter house five by kurt vonegut so i'm excited to have something to do on our next insane drive from utah to orlando. i also got some sweet sudoku's to do.
on the way to the show we stopped at the william jefferson clinton museum but we had to go real quick to get the show and here we are! so i'm gonna go play some music, but heres some pictures from the day, not too many but you got it.
