tour journal

still out in sunny california and trucking away. it's been non stop work the whole time. we've been either plowing away at guitars or shane has been singing away at singing. it's all been going down and we have much left to do. tomorrow we are going to play some keyboards, organs and pianos and stuff like that. after that we are going to begin to record a whole new jam that we wrote while we were home.

some other really hilarious things have been going on too. we went to visit our friend in a studio near our hotel and ended up hanging out with biffy clyro (our scottish friends who we shared a tour bus with on warped tour). we also went to a party with them the other night which was really fun. we are hoping to see them play this week with say anything, that would be a good time. here's a picture of simon with a human skull that someone brought to the party. a normal occurrence, right?
