tour journal

well today was a pretty eventful day, not so much but enough to write about, i guess.

i woke up today and started to do some myspace work and buzznet stuff, journals and other stuff. i had decided a few days ago to start putting our myspaces up on the valencia page so now i accepted all my friends and put some pictures up. i still am against the whole myspace thing, but i guess it's not a bad thing to just let people look at my page or something haha... it's not a huge deal really just thought it might have been blog news-worthy.

anyway after that i talked to my dad and my parents loaned me some money and got me a computer until i can pay them back (hopefully soon) but that was a pretty awesome thing, it's been insane without a computer. i never realized how much i was attached it. it was good for a little bit but after a while, i've built up tons of pictures that i want to mess with, i have shirt ideas i want to design and more importantly song ideas i want to lay down, but can't. in any event, i really appreciate my parents helping me out or it might have been a bit before i could afford it myself and now this next tour can be productive.

anyway, i was on my way to practice in the process, so that felt good to play music again. it's been almost 2 weeks since we played together and it was weird haha... i am pretty excited for the next tour, it should be a good one.

mike albert called me while we were practicing and wanted to go see a movie, so nicole and i went down to the city to meet tom and mike to go see a movie. we saw
'this is england'. it was a pretty heavy film, really great cinematography as well. the story was really good, it was about a young boy who is an outcast and takes a kind of refuge in these skinheads. he becomes one himself and it's all about how he gets wrapped up in this world... it was a really great movie, i definitely reccomend it.

anyway, now i'm here and it's about time for bed so i can be rested up for tomorrow.
