tour journal

well the last couple days of the tour were just as fun as the others. the house of blues show was incredible... so many people and they were all just moving and, it made me really excited for warped tour and the tour that we're going to be doing in november, we are finally going to be on an entire tour that is like that... for the first time ever, and i can't wait.

at the show, bryan taught us a new game called 'memory card'. it is the best game ever. the object of the game is to name everything in the universe, existing and non-existing. the only rules are: you can't say something based off of what hte person before you said, and you can't say something that is specific to the room that you're in. it's quite an incredible game, i hope to play with all of you. we finished the game like 4 times already, but it is alwyas exciting to play again.

anyway... the day off was good, i got some govinda's and i also went and hung out in doylesbury. the next day we went to altoona and it was a great time. always good to see the fine altoonians, especially my uncle john who came to the show. uncle john is 90 years old and one of the coolest people on earth, i was very glad he came. i was also very glad to see my mom and dad. we got home at around 4 am and slept at george's house. while waiting for our second delawere show we ended up eating some delicious whole foods and rita's and starbucks and pizza, and by the time we played, i felt like i had eaten a bag full of cement mix... but the show was still lots of fun. jd broke several strings, which was real neat! bryan and i hung out with nicole and maribeth and yill. it was a good time.

i am sad to see that tour end because it was lots of fun and there were lots of friends. permanent me are some great guys, as are self against city and it was great to meet and hang out with forever the sickest kids, those guys rule. we'll see them on warped. it was a strange ending to the tour though, there was no real last show. ftsk dropped off in north carolina to start warped. self against city dropped off at the last minute of the last show and even mundy left us in atlantic city. i guess that doesn't really matter becuase it was a fun time all around. having sean and bryan on tour was awesome and not to mention quinn was the best thing that ever happened to touring. we finally had someone to tell us what to do and hold us all together, rather than just us acting like chickens with our heads cut off.

well in any event, tour was great and thanks to everyone who came out to the shows. i'm excited for warped because we're on a bus and we might actually get a chance to do some video updates and make some music and REST! woo! i'm also excited to play and meet some new people.
