so texas is pretty sweet so far, some people in my band we're into it, but i am having a good time.

after the san antonio show, we stayed a nice girl named courtney's house.... but he roommate didn't like us too much, so she told the land lord to scream at us and kick us out at 930 in the morning... it was greatttt! we had nowhere to go and a day off with no show.. so nowhere to stay... we ended up staying in san antonio all day and just find a ymca and killing time at a mall and downtown and whatever we could do until the promoter from the show the night before (jason) graciously let us stay at his house.

today we played in mcallen and met up with spitalfield. they are really nice dudes and i'm glad we're touring with them. we met the promotersr and apparently the venue was changed which was kind of weird... but it ended up being very sweet. we went and met spitalfield and then went to an authentic mexican resturant... being that we are 5 minutes away from the border. we went and they didn't even speak english, it was pretty awesome. the food was pretty good, but it was just the experience was neat. i had to bring back my spanish from when i was in high school. it helped a bit to understand what they were saying and all but i was too embarressed to try and speak to them. i'd probably sound like an idiot.. but all in all a good experience.

anwyway the show tonight was awesome... everyone was so nice and the promoters were great people... we're at their house now, they're throwing a party. its awesome, but i'm being a nerd and hanging out on the computer.... what can you do.
