sean, george, max and i went to visit shane and his family last night. it was pretty rough at first, no one knew what to do. shane just kept talking about dana, and getting upset, i wanted to put the good memories of him and her in his head, i feel like that's what he needs. then when shane's parents went to bed, we all just had a great conversation in the kitchen, we talked about everything we could think of. stories from the past, it felt good to see shane laugh. hopefully after we left it stayed how it was. we had to go because sean had work this morning at 830... i wished we could have stayed all night, but that was impossible. hopefully i'll get to see him before friday evening, but i dunno.

friday and saturday are going to be rough. it's good that so many friends are coming in.

i'm definitely worried about next week too. i hope shane is strong enough to play the songs for her. i'm not sure how to act, but i think it will all come to me as it comes along.
