Usually I’m one to enjoy off days, but today wasn’t as enjoyable as I thought and would liked it to be. Which is funny because this morning I had the pleasure of waking up on a comfy bed in a nice house. It doesn’t end there though, when I walked downstairs, hot coffee and dunkin doughnuts were sitting there waiting for me. Pretty sweet I’d say for sleeping on the floor and skipping breakfast for the past week. After my two glazed doughnuts and mild starbucks coffee, I spent the next three hours sitting around on the Internet. By 4:15 we had our bags packed and were on our way to Brendan’s parent’s house in Pittsburg to spend the remaining part of our day off. We said our thank yous and goodbyes to Painesville Ohio’s nicest people, the Wallers. Fast forward to now and here I am sitting comfortably in a cushy couch writing this blog. I'll most likely be in bed by 2am, on the floor.

Now don’t get me wrong, today was a pretty relaxing and pleasant day, and I definitely appreciated it. But for some reason I REALLY wanted to play a show tonight. Maybe it’s because it’s a Saturday and I kind of expected to be doing something on a Saturday. But I think a big part of it is because I’ve actually been liking how this tour has been going. Its not like the shows have been ridiculously amazing, but the shows have been pretty decent, I’d say, and I look forward to seeing Lorene Drive’s set each night. I’m hoping tomorrow’s show will be really good to make up for tonight’s loss. Shrug. I am pretty excited about the new ring tone I got today, Michael Jackson’s Don’t Stop till You Get Enough. So any of you peps out there that have my number, call me so I can hear it! See ya, don’t wanna be ya.
